We are honored to share skills of ancestral folk medicine making that have roots in all intact cultures around the world. Milky Oats are a plant medicine for our times, both simple and powerfully complex in their ability to nourish and restore. This plant medicine can be used in many different applications to care for our bodies and minds. We will discuss and share in the delights of oats and the variety of ways you can infuse this medicine into your daily life. Together, we will harvest certified organic milky oats from the field to process for your own medicine making. Please bring a pint jar filled with your alcohol or vinegar of choice to use for your personal medicine making.

Please dress in farm gear and for rain or shine
Parking - Turn right as you enter the drive way and follow the parking signs. Be mindful of not blocking roads or driveways.
We will be meeting in our Hall - Abuela Tecolote.
There is space for your personal items.
Bus Info: Bus 16 comes out to the Sauvie Island Bus depot. The farm is located about a mile down Gillihan Rd.
Car pooling is encouraged
Please bring plenty of drinking water for personal use
COVID protocol - masks indoors + social distancing outdoor
