Join herb farmer + folk herbalist of Wapato Island Farm, Jennifer Rose Marie Serna, at the Jasmine Pearl Tea room to learn ancient techniques for cleansing the body, mind and soul. In this workshop, we will discuss using the healing powers of salt, water, plants and intention to facilitate spiritual renewal and restoration. Jennifer will also teach about the practice of self-limpia, a spiritual purification practice of Mexican curanderismo. Participants will experience a herbal hand soak using herbs + flowers from Jennifer's Sauvie Island farm and will leave with a farm-grown gift.
