Come out to the farm and enjoy a beautiful autumn afternoon with us! Together, we will learn about the traditional methods of preserving foods through fermentation. In this class, we will explore the frontiers of herbal and fungal ferments using our farm-grown plants and mushrooms. Through the methods and magic of folk herbalism, we will connect with our plant and fungal allies and discuss the whole-body benefits of whole-food probiotics. Attendees will participate in a hands-on fermentation process, feast on an abundance of delicious plant probiotics and leave with the skills to create handcrafted ferments at home!
