Join Rae and Jennifer on Wapato Island Farm for a hands-on mushroom cultivation workshop. In this class, we will learn how to grow mushrooms in outdoor beds and discuss the many exciting ways to introduce fungi into your garden. Together, we will build a King Stropharia woodchip bed as an addition to our farm’s newest project — our Fungi Food Forest. Participants leave with mushroom spawn to start their own mushroom bed at home! This workshop will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly.

Sliding scale payment option: $50-70 for 3 hour workshop. All proceeds go towards building our Fungi Food Forest. Please contribute as you are able.
