Milky oats are the nourishing green tops of early season oat grain which, if left to flower and go to seed, would turn into what we eat as oatmeal. On the farm, we grow around an acre of oats every year, which can only be harvested in their milky stage during one week each year.

As with all of our mushrooms, we grow our oyster mushrooms organically without single use plastics, using recycled materials and zero-waste, regenerative practices.
